  1. Love the diversity of the cuisines you have posted on here. Great representation of the globe!

    I can't help but notice, however, that there's not a single dish from India. Is this intentional, or incidental? I'd love to see some, as I absolutely love, love, love Indian food. It's not just a country, afterall, it's a sub-continent and home to over a billion people.

    I'm also addicted to African cuisine--especially Ethiopian. Google a recipe for Doro Watt, you won't be disapointed!
